About Nate Reed

Nate Reed is the founder of Reed Family Insurance Advisors.  He is a licensed independent agent certified in Medicare Insurance as well as providing Life and Health Insurance solutions for individuals throughout the state of Maine.

A former yacht finisher who headed the paint department at multiple boatyards in the state, Nate graduated top of his class from The Boat School in Eastport, Maine, receiving his diploma in boat building technology. He spent over 10 years in the yacht field before finding his new career in insurance. His mother, who was a home health nurse for over 20 years inspired Nate to want to make more of an impact on the lives of those around him. As an independent agent, Nate is free to work solely in the best interests of his clients.

As the founder of Reed Family Insurance Advisors, Nate offers direction in many areas, including:

• Working with individuals and couples to ensure an easy transition from working years to golden years

Nate and his wife, Kelby have three children, Oliver, Alden and Gracelynn. The family enjoys spending their free time boating, fishing and being outside. They reside in Nobleboro, Maine.
